Falcon and Meridian Ranch resident Dusty Rhoades has joined the leadership and development consulting firm, Elevation Growth Partners, as a senior vice president and partner. Rhoades is a veteran Christian radio broadcaster who has 30 years of experience in development, marketing and leadership in the nonprofit industry.Elevation Growth specializes in leadership issues, brand discovery and development services, including fundraising strategies and digital and social media, foundations and events.Rhoades began his career in mainstream radio at WMAL/Washington, D.C.; and Billboard Magazineís Station of the Year WCHV/Charlottesville, Virginia. Eventually, he joined WAY-FM as a general manager to launch Station of the Year WAYF- FM/in West Palm Beach, Florida. WAY-FM also serves a wide area in Colorado, including Falcon; and Wayís home office is in Colorado Springs.Rhoades serves on boards for his home church, the Christian Leadership Alliance, the international fundraising think tank, Rogare and the values-based crowdfunding site Gifted Coin.After 11 years living in Colorado Springs, Rhoades and his wife moved to Falcon five years ago.
