September is Childhood Cancer Awareness month, and JAKs Brewing Co. in Falcon is hosting a day of family friendly events on Saturday, Sept. 10, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.†A 5K will start at 11 a.m., with a suggested donation of $10. Signup begins at 10 a.m. the day of the race.Also featured is Animaland, a company that provides a mobile build and dress your own stuffed animal experience. For $30, you can build a stuffed animal of your choice and choose an outfit for your animal.The Royal Princesses of Colorado will be on site with Disney characters.
