Members of the Multiple District 6 South East Lions Club made a presentation to the Falcon Professional Development League April 5. The purpose of the presentation was to educate members of the FPDL on local, state and worldwide Lions Club activities, and the possibility of starting a Lions Club in Falcon.Lions Club members Monty Whitney, vice district governor elect, Betty Whitney and John Keller said the club enables members to get to know the area, meet neighbors and develop business contacts for business owners.Members encouraged anyone interested in chartering a Falcon Lions Club to contact Sam Leffler, 331-6682; Tom Cline, 683-5755; Don Root, 495-3650; or Monty Whitney, 347-2368.
