On Friday, September 2, Emil Rock of The Freedom School of Martial Arts (FSMA) presented a karate demonstration at the Frontier Charter Academy in Calhan. The demonstration was held to kick off a series of karate classes to be held at FCA which began September 9 and will continue for eight Fridays. Classes are held from 4:15 to 5:15 p.m. and cost $79 which covers lessons and uniform.FSMA offers classes in several types of martial arts for all ages. Several classes are held in the Falcon area.
