Falcon Boy Scout Troop 149 will host an all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast at Woodmen Hills Recreation Center East, 9205 Meridian Ranch Blvd, from 7 to 11 a.m. The cost is $5 for adults (13 years and older) and $3 per child. There will be a special appearance by magician Michael Carducci. Bring a nonperishable food item for the Falcon Food Shelf and receive an extra door prize ticket. Other activities at the event: door prizes donated by local businesses, an Eagle Scout display, scout camp-out display, Falcon fire department demonstration, DJ, Monkey Bridge and flag retirement ceremony.Bike decorating starts at 9 a.m., and the parade starts at 9:30 a.m. Free bike decorations and temporary tattoos will be provided.
