Judge Timothy Simmons approved the motion by Keep Black Forest Free, opponents of the Black Forest incorporation efforts, to intervene with the petition process. Another motion to dismiss the petition process was filed as well.Joan Vairn, Keep Black Forest Free committee member, said the pro-incorporation group had 18 days to respond ñ by April 3.She said at least 200 people attended a mid-March meeting in Black Forest to hear Douglas Bruce, county commissioner, and others discuss the reasons not to incorporate Black Forest.The response to the motion had not been filed as of the NFH publishing date.
