A bit of history being lost to arrogance and big money: Can we save it, probably not. But what a noble fight. I have asked every politician to look into making Jimmy Camp a park. But so sorry, it WILL be a housing/industrial development. And where do we get the water to support all the new houses? And the county is no less innocent. Larson is a good example: all sorts of houses in flood plains in Fountain and the county. What are they thinking? A disaster in the development, waiting for the next wet cycle. IT WILL HAPPEN.I keep hoping someone comes to the rescue of Jimmy Camp and Coral Valley.http://geocities.com/peaker59/JimmyCamp.htmlAnd then Bill Arbogast found artifacts dating back 1000’s of years: right where the water storage is planned.http://www.gazette.com/display.php?id=1310917&secid=1Jim SoltwedelYoder
