The second Colorado Springs Horseman’s Day will be Saturday, April 2, 8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m. at Falcon High School, 10255 Lambert Road in Falcon. Admission and parking is free. The day includes free give-a-ways, educational workshops, seminars and a variety of equine-related vendors exhibiting the latest in equine products and services. Colorado Equine Veterinary Services will provide information on improving the relationship between horse and owner by better equine management. Top competitors and doctors will give presentations on equine disciplines and topics, such as pasture management, toxic plants, lameness, customizing barns, choosing the right insurance plan for your horse, English riding, cowboy code of ethics, establishing the leadership role with your horse and more.
