El Paso County is hosting an open house for citizens to learn more about Phase 2 of the Hodgen Road safety improvements project. The open house is from 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 11, at Black Forest Fire Station Two. The project limits include Hodgen Road between Bar X Road & Goshawk Road East and the Hodgen Road / Meridian Road Intersection. The BF fire station 2 is at 16465 Ridge Run Road (southeast corner of Hodgen Road and Black Forest Road east).
