Registration for the High Plains Little League 2017 seasons begins Dec. 1 online at http://highplainsll.com. The dates for registering in person will be posted on the website by Jan. 1. Boys and girls age 4 to 16 are invited to register for the program.The High Plains Little League is a quality nonprofit baseball league, serving the eastern plains for many years. The areas in the region include, but are not limited to, Falcon, Peyton, Calhan, Elbert and Ramah. The league has grown into a strong and respected organization that offers skill training and competitive baseball.The season starts around April 1, and the year-end tourney is usually around June 10.†A player 8 years old or above can be nominated for an all-star team.Little League is the worlds largest youth sports program, with more than 2.8 million children and one million volunteers in more than 100 countries.
