The Small Business Development Center on the UCCS campus is conducting a seminar Friday, Dec. 10 from 1 to 3 p.m. designed for businesses looking for money to start or expand their business. Taught by a local banker, topics covered include business loans over $100,000, micro and SBA loans. The seminar will also explain the lending process and what lenders are looking for; organizing a loan proposal; how to negotiate a loan; identifying internal and external sources of money; and differentiating between equity and debt financing.
