The arrival of 2008 marks the beginning of the fifth year of our publication. We’ve said it before – it’s amazing how time flies. The past year has brought many changes to the community and to The New Falcon Herald. We continue to grow and change together.We hope you learn something new while reading our annual issue focusing on health matters. Kent Herbert, M.D. educates us on finding reliable and accurate medical information on the Internet. We also have several guest contributors including Ty Reuter, O.D. who talks about dry eye syndrome; Francine Palmer, D.C. discusses how we evaluate overall good health; Andrew Royer, O.D. emphasizes the effects of diabetes on the health of our eyes; and Falcon Physical Therapy gives us tips on preventing low back injuries.Our resolution at the NFH is to continue to publish a newspaper that provides accurate information to our readers which educates, informs and stimulates discussion.
