Request by Bobcat Meadows Metropolitan District for a material modification to the previously approved service plan to allow an increase in tap fees, which would apply only to newly annexed areas. The original service plan was approved on March 5, 1998. The district is located southeast of the Falcon Town Center in the Falcon/Peyton planning area. It is requested this item be continued to Jan. 27.
