Request by Colorado Department of Transportation, in cooperation with El Paso County, for approval of an access management plan for U.S. Highway 24 from Peterson Road on the west to a point approximately one-half mile east of Curtis Road. Approval includes authorization for the chairman to sign the accompanying intergovernmental agreement subject to review by county legal staff. Approved unanimously with notations by the planning commission.
