In an effort to meet the need for the Thanksgiving holiday, the Eastern Plains Chamber of Commerce is partnering with Fresh Start Center and Mountain View Electric Association to collect 250 turkeys for Thanksgiving. Turkeys can be dropped off through Friday, Nov. 18, at Lordino Allstate at 7685 McLaughlin Road, Suite 120, in Falcon; Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 pm. and Saturdays, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.; or at the Fresh Start Center on Tuesdays or Thursdays, from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
