The Black Forest Cares Food Pantry, hosted by the Black Forest Lutheran Church, serves many families in the northwest and northeast areas of Colorado Springs. This Thanksgiving and Christmas season the pantry is already seeing more families in need. Food and/or monetary donations are needed. Food donations can be delivered to Black Forest Lutheran Church at 12455 Black Forest Road. The pantry is open Friday afternoons from 1 to 3 p.m. to give out food.
