The Colorado Attorney Generals office, AARP ElderWatch and the Black Forest AARP Chapter #1100 are working together to fight fraud by sponsoring a Fight Fraud – Shred Instead identity theft prevention event Saturday, May 30, from 9 a.m. to noon at the old Black Forest Fire Station, 12510 Black Forest Road. A mobile shredder truck with professional operators will be on site for this purpose. All shredded documents will be recycled.The public is invited to safely discard personal and financial documents that are no longer needed or required free of charge.
