Falcon’s Farmer’s Market is open on Wednesdays from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. Visit the market and pick up fresh produce – it’s all about produce. The market offers Pueblo, Palisade and organic produce, including mouth-watering peaches, sweet corn, tomatoes, fresh herbs, cucumbers, cauliflower, cabbage, squash, green pepper and more. Also included are pickling cucumbers and canning tomatoes by the box.
