Personal trainers are preparing for the fall season working on both Boot Camp classes and a special training offered to seniors. Macfarlane said the staff and members are eagerly anticipating the next quarterly adventure “Caribbean Island Excursion,” which motivates members to keep moving and offers the chance to win a Caribbean Cruise, $500 Best Buy vouchers and other prizes.In celebration of its anniversary, new members will receive 50 percent off enrollment when they join by Nov. 15.
