A huge selection of household goods, sporting equipment, books, electronics and clothing will be available at reasonable prices. Donations of useful items will be accepted. Tasting of and voting on the three Dutch oven courses – main, side dish and dessert – will begin at 2 p.m. Prizes will be announced at 3:30 p.m. The Patriot Learning Center is the old Falcon Middle School at 11990 Swingline Road, south of the intersection of Meridian Road and Highway 24. TRANSPORTATIONA 10-passenger mini bus with two wheelchair lifts is now in service to transport area residents who have no other source of transportation to doctor and outpatient surgery appointments. To schedule a ride, call 495-6594 two weeks before service is needed. There is no charge to ride the bus, but donations are gratefully accepted to help defray costs.FOOT CARE CLINIC Visiting Nurses Association is setting up a foot care clinic at Grace Community Church, 9475 Church View in Falcon. The clinic will be open one day a month and will offer pedicures for $23 each.
