All Falcon Senior Services are available to persons 55 years of age and over.
The Falcon seniors group meets at the Falcon Legacy Campus Patriot High School every month for a lunch social, which is prepared and served by the Patriot High School Culinary Arts and Hospitality students.
The seniors group will NOT meet in June because the school is closed for the summer.
Instead, all seniors 55-plus are invited to a free picnic potluck on Wednesday, July 9, at 11 a.m. at Black Forest Regional Park, Pavilion No. 2 at 4800 Shoup Road in Black Forest. Please bring a dish to share. Tableware, lemonade and ice tea will be provided. Enjoy gathering with your friends and make new ones as we play cornhole, dominoes, cards or ladder golf.
SENIOR EXERCISE PROGRAM
Chair yoga is every Thursday at 10 a.m. at Perfect Fit Wellness Center, 9480 Curtis Road in Falcon.
General exercise classes are available every Monday and Friday at 11 a.m. at Grace Community Church, 9475 Grace Church View. It’s free and it’s energizing!
