All Falcon Senior Services are available to persons 55 years of age and over.
The Falcon seniors group meets at the Falcon Legacy Campus Patriot High School every month for a lunch social, which is prepared and served by the Patriot High School Culinary Arts and Hospitality students. All seniors 55-plus are invited to the May luncheon, which will be held Wednesday, May 14, at 11 a.m. at the Patriot Learning Center, 11990 Swingline Road in Falcon. The cost is $5 for members and $7 for non-members.There will be no meeting/luncheon in June because the school will be closed for the summer.

Chair yoga continues every Thursday, 10 a.m. at Perfect Fit Wellness Center, 9480 Curtis Rd., Falcon, as well as general exercise classes on Mondays and Fridays, 11 a.m. at Grace Community Church, 9475 Grace Church View, Falcon.
SENIOR EXERCISE PROGRAM
Chair yoga is every Thursday at 10 a.m. at Perfect Fit Wellness Center, 9480 Curtis Road in Falcon.
General exercise classes are available every Monday and Friday at 11 a.m. at Grace Community Church, 9475 Grace Church View. It’s free and it’s energizing!
