All Falcon Senior Services are available to persons 55 years of age and over.
The Falcon seniors group meets at the Falcon Legacy Campus Patriot High School every month for a lunch social, which is prepared and served by the Patriot High School Culinary Arts and Hospitality students. All seniors 55-plus are invited to the April luncheon, which will be held Wednesday, April 9, at 11 a.m. at the Patriot Learning Center, 11990 Swingline Road in Falcon. The meal will feature a taco bar (carnitas and ground beef), esquites (Mexican corn), tres leches cake, coffee and horchatas (Mexican drinks). The cost is $5 for members and $7 for non-members. Robyn Eppert of Websites by Robyn will show the newly launched website, pointing out the features and how to use the reservation and pay from home feature.
SENIOR EXERCISE PROGRAM
Chair yoga is every Thursday at 10 a.m. at Perfect Fit Wellness Center, 9480 Curtis Road in Falcon.
General exercise classes are available every Monday and Friday at 11 a.m. at Grace Community Church, 9475 Grace Church View. It’s free and it’s energizing!
