All Falcon Senior Services are available to persons 55 years of age and over.
The Falcon seniors group meets at the Falcon Legacy Campus Patriot High School every month for a lunch social, which is prepared and served by the Patriot High School Culinary Arts and Hospitality students. All seniors 55-plus are invited to the March luncheon on Wednesday, March 12, at 11 a.m. at the Patriot Learning Center, 11990 Swingline Road in Falcon. The meal will consist of corn beef and cabbage, boiled potatoes and carrots, Irish soda bread, baked apple crumb cake, coffee and a banana leprechaun drink. The cost is $5 for members and $7 for non-members.
SENIOR EXERCISE PROGRAM
Chair yoga is every Thursday at 10 a.m. at Perfect Fit Wellness Center, 9480 Curtis Road in Falcon.
General exercise classes are available every Monday and Friday at 11 a.m. at Grace Community Church, 9475 Grace Church View. It’s free and it’s energizing!
