All Falcon Senior Services are available to persons 55 years of age and over.
The Falcon seniors group meets at the Falcon Legacy Campus Patriot High School every month for a lunch social, which is prepared and served by the Patriot High School Culinary Arts and Hospitality students. The campus is located at 11990 Swingline Road. All seniors 55-plus are invited to the December holiday luncheon, which is Wednesday, Dec. 11, at 11 a.m. The meal will consist of meatloaf, mashed potatoes, stewed red cabbage, dinner rolls, red velvet cake with green cream cheese icing, coffee and hot apple cider. Please bring a non-perishable food item or canned good to donate to the Fresh Start Center. Guitarist Troy Waltz will entertain with holiday music.
SENIOR EXERCISE PROGRAM
Chair yoga is every Thursday at 10 a.m. at Perfect Fit Wellness Center, 9480 Curtis Road in Falcon.
General exercise classes are available every Monday and Friday at 11 a.m. at Grace Community Church, 9475 Grace Church View. It’s free and it’s energizing!
