FALCON SENIOR SERVICES NEWS

All Falcon Senior Services activities are free of charge and served by volunteers. The services are available to persons 60 years of age and over living in the Falcon area. Other services can be arranged, such as meals for homebound seniors and transportation. Call 495-2994 for further information.CARD GAMES:Play cards at Espresso at Stratfords by arrangement. Get your own group together or contact Beverly Kelty at 495-8437 to join others. A variety of games can be scheduled.POTLUCK LUNCHEON:The next potluck luncheon will be March 12 at 11 a.m. at Falcon Baptist Church, 11095 Eggar Road. The main course will be corned beef. Table service and beverages will be provided. Bring a side dish, salad or dessert.Dr. Bryan Groth, Chief of Podiatry at Memorial Hospital and a member of the Colorado State Podiatry Board, will speak on the importance of proper foot care for seniors with emphasis on foot care for diabetics.Senior exercise programSTRENGTH AND FLEXIBILITY EXERCISES: Monday and Friday, 11 a.m. to noon, Grace Community Church.
