The El Paso County Board of County Commissioners appointed Karen Deck to a three-year term on the Colorado State University Extension Advisory Committee. Deck, a Falcon resident, will represent family and consumer education. She volunteers with the CSU extension office and the state and county fair.Deck has lived in El Paso County for 24 years. She is a member of the Falcon Business League and the Falcon Lionís Club.
