Falcon Lions Club

The first Saturday of October is the final arts and crafts fair, and the White Cane campaign is scheduled for November for LCI Campaign Sight II at Falcon Wal-Mart and the profits from the Pancake Breakfast will be given to the Falcon Fire Department.On Sept. 19, the Falcon Lions Club participated in the Peterson Air Force Base POW/MIA week by greeting attendees and handing out POW/MIA car magnets.Service activities include a Woodmen Road clean up in October, and KidSight will start screening preschoolers for all District 49 preschools and home-schooled preschoolers at the end of October and into November. Food and clothing collection sites are available again starting this month. The Falcon Lions Club just completed a work day at the Colorado Lions Camp in Woodland Park.Mark Veselka is the chairman of the charter night anniversary committee.
