FHS 2007 valedictorian Moriah Gerrish was accepted to one of the most competitive and prestigious schools in the United States – the University of Notre Dame. Moriah has also been accepted to the Colorado School of Mines, to which she received a full-ride scholarship.Moriah’s plans include pursuing a degree in engineering, becoming fluent in several languages and traveling the world.She maintained a better than 4.0 grade point average throughout her high school career and was actively involved in various clubs and organizations at FHS. She is president of FBLA, an officer for the National Honor’s Society and a member of the varsity Mock Trial Team and Link Crew.Moriah’s proud parents are Donald and Esther Gerrish.Congratulations, Moriah.
