The Exchange Club of Falcon held an Installation Banquet June 21 at Antonio’s Italian Restaurant in Colorado Springs. Mark C. Loosli, immediate past president of the Rocky Mountain District, was the guest speaker. Being one of the largest clubs in the district, he praised the club for its growth and hard work throughout the year on various projects and Freedom Shrines, and for receiving the National Service Award the second year in a row.After the installation of officers and board members, Loosli presented Joe Bauer, immediate past president, with the Club President of the Year Award from the district.
