Kim McClelland, Falcon School District 49 iConnect zone leader and assistant superintendent, is one of seven educators from across the state selected to serve on the Colorado Online Education Task Force. The task force, made up of leaders in online education, will address the unique challenges facing online education in the state. McClelland is also executive director of Colorado Digital Board of Cooperative Educational Services.I feel honored and privileged to serve and represent Falcon School District 49 and the online and blended learning community,î McClelland said. ìThis (task force) is established to work toward improving the quality of education for all students in Colorado who use online learning as a part or all of the access to learning.”The task force will provide policy proposals, as well as legislative recommendations, by March 21 to the Senate and House Education committees.
