Members of the Falcon Dental Care family participated in the Dirty Dash Aug. 24 at the Pikes Peak International Raceway in Fountain, Colo. The team raised money to help purchase a new water filtration system for the Clinica Caris in Chichicastenango, Guatemala, said Neon Diamente, Falcon Dentalís marketing director.ìSome of our current patients are working with this community (in Guatemala) to get dental care to those who truly need it,î Diamente said. ìWe want to be able to help give them the chance to get the same quality of care down there that we offer our patients here in Falcon.îDressed as tooth fairies with wings and all, the team ran a 5k through mud puddles, over hay bales and endured multiple dirt-filled obstacles on the race course. ìWe had a great time,î Diamante said.ìWe ended up earning $677 for the clinic.î While their goal was $1,000, Diamante said they were happy with what they achieved.
