The Falcon Book Club will meet Tuesday, Aug. 23 from 6:30 to 7:45 p.m. at the High Prairie Library in Falcon. New readers are welcome and are not required to register in advance of the meetings. Two books will be discussed at each meeting – read one or both. On Aug. 23 the reading selections are “Little Princes” by Conor Grennan and “The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society” by Mary Ann Shaffer and Annie Barrow. The Sept. 27 selections are “Prodigal Summer” by Barbara Kingsolver and “Alex & Me” by Irene M. Pepperberg.
