The Falcon Book Club meets the fourth Thursday of the month from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Farmers State Bank. On Aug. 27, the group will discuss “A Town Like Alice” by Nevil Shute. On Sept. 24 “The Emperors of Chocolate: Inside the Secret World of Hersey and Mars” by Joel Glenn Brenner will be discussed.New readers are welcome and are not required to register in advance of the meetings.
