Ken Carlson retired from the military and stepped into the world of business ownership. Carlson opened Express Cash July 5 in the Safeway Center’s new building complex.Express Cash offers small loans, from $25 to $500, up to 30 days. The store is open 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturdays.
