Members of the Falcon Exchange Club supported the Woodman Hills annual Easter Egg Hunt this year, which, because of inclement weather, was held indoors in the recreation center. Hundreds of children gathered thousands of eggs filled with candy. The kids who found the lucky ìGolden Eggî won a chocolate bunny. The Falcon Club is intended as a dinner club; however, with a lack of suitable facilities, the club has been meeting as an “after dinner club” on the first and third Tuesday of each month.During the month of May, the club will meet for dinner at 6:30 p.m. on a trial basis at the Latigo Trails Equestrian Center. After the trial period, the club will decide if it will continue to meet at Latigo. On April 21, Falcon club members will distribute material on Child Abuse and ìShaking Baby Syndromeî at the Farmer’s State Bank, State Bank and the Big “R”, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.On May 1, Dr. Kent Herbert of Falcon Family Medicine will be the featured speaker at the regular dinner meeting. For additional information on the National Exchange Club or the Falcon Exchange Club, contact Joe Bauer at 262-9222 or redleg213@msn.com
