The Exchange Clubs of Colorado Springs and Falcon completed their annual fundraising raffle. The top prize was a 2-horse trailer; alternate prizes available were a choice of a 4-day, 3-night cruise or a weekend getaway for two people. Ms. Jo Dozier of Falcon held the winning ticket that was drawn on Nov. 29. She elected to take the trailer.Although there is only one prize winner, all who contributed to this worthwhile and necessary project are also winners. Fundraising is the only source of revenue to support various projects in Americanism, child abuse prevention, community service and youth programs. As a reminder for those who itemize their deductions for tax purposes, the raffle stub is a deductible donation.Exchange Club members meet on the first and third Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at the Latigo Trails Grill.
