Pikes Peak Therapeutic Riding Center needs volunteers to assist riders with disabilities during their weekly horseback riding lessons. Training is provided and previous experience with horses is not required, but helpful.The age limit is 14 years or older. Time commitment is two hours per week for the holiday session beginning Nov. 6 through Dec. 16. There will be no classes the week of Thanksgiving.The next volunteer orientation is Saturday, Nov. 4 from 10 a.m. to noon.
