The Rotary Club of Colorado Springs InterQuest, along with Mountain View Electric, will provide third-graders hardcover copies of Scholastic Children’s dictionary. The dictionary is valued at $18.99 and is provided by the club free of charge. This is the first year Falcon School District 49 will receive the dictionaries and the seventh year the dictionaries have been given to 3,600 third-graders in Northern El Paso County at a cost of $34,000.The dictionaries, a surprise for the students, will be presented in 45 schools and 200 classrooms the first week of December. This allows students and families to enjoy this gift at home during the holiday season.
