Derby is a 2.5-year-old female Australian Shepherd/Blue Heeler mix. She has been spayed, is up to date on her shots and has been micro chipped. She is a great house dog and is great with kids; she is very friendly. The previous owners said she had started to become dominant with the other dogs in the household and started nipping at them. She has been in foster care for about a week and is doing well with the other dogs at this time.If you are interested in adopting Derby and sharing your home and family with her, please contact SAINT Animal Rescue in Calhan. Adopting a new pet can be a challenging experience. SAINT Animal Rescue asks that the adopters give the animal a reasonable amount of time to adjust to its new family and home.
