The Black Forest Farmerís Market offered a taste of Louisiana on Saturday, June 5, when Mike ìZekeî Zalaznik came from New Orleans with a load of crawfish to boil Cajun style. Corn, new potatoes and sausage added to the authentic Cajun meal.
