The El Paso County Fair Queen Committee is seeking qualified candidates to serve as the 2007 Fair Queen. Eligible contestants must be single and never married females between the ages of 18 and 22. Professionals (models, actresses) are not eligible.Contestants must be El Paso County residents and able to work with the El Paso County staff and committee members to represent the El Paso County Fair.Application packets are now available at the El Paso County Fairgrounds office at 366 10th Street in Calhan between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, on line at www.elpasocountyfair.com, or request a packet by calling 520-7880.Application Deadline Date: Feb. 16; must be at the fair office by 3 p.m.The queen contest takes place March 10.
