In the article “Two FFPD firefighters withdraw EEOC complaint,” published Jan. 17, Bud Kucera was identified as a volunteer chief of the Falcon fire department. He is a former chief of the department when it was entirely volunteer. Kucera is currently a paid member of the Falcon staff serving as a vehicle maintenance manager. Also, Falcon Fire Protection District board member Dena Bramhall recused herself from the Jan. 6 board meeting.
