The Velvet Hills Show Chorus has been performing women’s barbershop harmony and entertaining in the Pikes Peak region for more than 40 years. TOPS is an international nonprofit organization consisting of men and women with the common interest of losing weight. Members learn from and support one another through group participation, while reaching individual weight goals. The goal is to lose weight sensibly, safely and to keep the weight off. All information is confidential among group members.Meetings are held every Tuesday at Woodmen Hills Community Center West at 11720 Woodmen Hills Drive in Falcon. Awards will be announced in mid April as part of the Imagination Celebration and Young People’s Poetry Week.Contest rules1. One entry per student.
