Meridian Ranch Recreation Center — April
Meridian Ranch Group Exercise classes run Monday through Saturday, from 5:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Thursday; and 5:30 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. on Fridays; on Saturdays, classes are at 8:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. The group exercise schedule can be found at MRRC or the Facebook page or https://www.meridianservice.org.

Free tutoring in reading
Children’s Literacy Center offers free one-to-one tutoring for children reading below grade level. Children are matched with trained volunteer tutors from the community, and meet twice a week for an hour each session. Equine education class
On the third Sunday of every month, from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30, the Iron Horse Christian Youth Ranch will host an equine class on a variety of topics, with guest speakers. English Country Dance

The Eastern Plains Reining Horse Association is a nonprofit affiliate of the National Reining Horse Association. FALCON SENIOR SERVICES NEWS
All Falcon Senior Services are available to persons 50 years of age and over.
Patriot High School Culinary Arts and Hospitality students host the monthly luncheon for seniors at the Falcon Legacy Campus Patriot High School at 11990 Swingline Road.
The next luncheon is April 10, from 11 to 1 p.m. The menu: Chicken a la King with egg noodles, a vegetable medley, rolls, peach cobbler and strawberry/rhubarb cobbler with ice cream.
A Fun Activity Day is planned for April 17 at the High Plains Library. Four tables of activities will be available: cards, crafts (rock painting), dominoes and an open table (bring your own craft, knit, crochet or another card game).
