Hammers Construction broke ground on the first building slated for the Claremont Business Park at Highway 24 and Mark Sheffel Road. The following tenants are scheduled for occupancy at the business park: Whistling Pines Gun Club, Ken Caryl Glass Co., Denver Brass & Copper (irrigation supply), four prototype buildings, Allen Equipment, Hammers Construction. Rumor has it that King Soopers and a gas station will eventually join those tenants.
