Brandon Pelton-Cox of Peyton Boy Scouts of America Troop 444 is holding a benefit concert for Christmas Unlimited on Saturday, Dec. 13 from 7 to 9:30 p.m. at the Sand Creek High School auditorium. Several local rock bands including Failure to Yield and the Sims will play at the concert.Admission is a new, unwrapped toy for Christmas Unlimited’s 2008 toy drive. Concessions will be sold with proceeds going to the charity. Beverages, pizza and cookies will also be available.Christmas Unlimited is a local charity that distributes free toys to needy children in the community for Christmas. This event, which is also an Eagle project, will bring in much needed toys for their 2008 toy drive.Sponsors of the event are Sand Creek High School and Falcon School District 49, Albertsons, King Soopers, Louie’s Pizza, Little Caesars and Papa John’s.
