Falcon voters are invited to a “Meet the Candidates Forum” at the BlackForest Community Center Sunday, Oct. 5, at 6 p.m. Voters will have the opportunity to talk personally with Democratic candidates: Keith Ferguson, representing Senator Obama’s campaign for President of the United States; Mark Udall, candidate for Colorado U.S. Senator; Lt. Col. (retired) Hal Bidlack, candidate for the 5th Congressional District; Jan Hejtmanek, candidate for State Representative House District 20; Michelle Maksimowicz, candidate for State Representative House District 19; and Allison Hunter, candidate for County Commissioner District 2. Candidates will speak on the issues and respond to written questions.This event is organized and sponsored by the Northeast Democrats to helpvoters become familiar with Democratic candidates and relevant issues.The Black Forest Community Center is located at 12530 Black Forest Road.
