The Calhan Lions will be hosting the upcoming Lion’s district convention to be held on Mar. 28 and 29, at the Sheraton, 2886 South Circle Drive in Colorado Springs. Cowboy entertainer, Chuck Pyle, the Zen Cowboy, will bring western humor, poetry, and music to the stage. The annual community Christmas party has been tentatively scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 15. The next meeting of the Calhan Lions Club will be the Christmas party on Tuesday, Dec. 4.
