The Small Business Development Center will hold workshops in June:
- “Basics of Bookkeeping,” Tuesday, June 23, from 9 a.m. to noon. The cost is $40. This workshop, taught by a CPA, is designed for the entrepreneur with no experience in business accounting. The workshop will cover functions of record keeping; cash versus accrual systems; recording transactions; revenue, expenses and depreciations; and accounts payable and receivable.
- “The Power of E-mail Marketing,” Tuesday, June 30, from 1 to 4 p.m. The cost is $49.
